The room was not clean and flies were lying on the mattress. There was no chair to sit down and only a bed with slightly dirty mattress. Further, no blanket or bedsheet was provided. Toiletries were also not given. Worst of all, the WiFi signal was bad and those limited communication

Easy check in and out. Karthika one of the receptionist was very kind and helpful.

It’s very near to MGR bus station and so it very easy for access. Food is available very clean rooms and staff members kind enough to answer our query. It’s not my first stay. I usually stay at this place whenever I visit Madurai. Very good place for pleasant and comfort stay…

That room was neat and clean

Apart from lack of communication and check-in issues (see below), place is fairly standard for a cheap hotel - room rather clean, A/C working, minimal street noise. WiFi in my room was very poor. 4km to Meenakshi Amman temple, 100 INR tuktuk ride.

They did not answer my several messages announcing late arrival (before midnight). When I finally arrived, the place I booked was fully busy, they redirected me to their another site 1 km from the first one. There the reception was empty for half an hour, so I eventually managed to check in after more than hour of complications, at 1am or later.
