Staff were very helpful and understanding. The manager was very obliging and took me to the propery as i lost my way. After checkout, t hey let me wait there till my train timing. They guided me well to navigate around the city.

The cleanliness was not ok . Bedsheets and blanket not fresh, mattress was hard, floor a little dusty, I myself had to wash the washroom floor and bucket before use. Bathroom fittings were very old and rusty. Room had no light or ventilation. No UPS or generator, had power cut in the night. Mosquitoes in room.

Staff were polite and ready to help

Such a chaotic place. Please remove from booking.com. It will spoil ur goodwill.

If you are ok with a very basic, smelling and aged room it's ok to spend some time there Could change the room without problems (but the building is still old) Some nice food places are nearby and with tuktuks you can reach the most important places in a short time (All electricity, warm water and AC,... worked)

Very old rooms, bedsheets unclean (!), and the washroom, walls are very moddy If towels and soap isn't provided, at least try to keep it a little clean or renovate the basics

Convenient location near the bus station, in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to drop off our luggage early in the morning.

We booked two single rooms, but both had no windows, were not perfectly clean, and were poorly maintained, especially the bathrooms. One room in particular was very claustrophobic; my friend wanted to leave even though we had already paid. Luckily, the kind women of the cleaning staff gave her a larger room with a window. We are not fussy and we are used to medium-low standards, but this was below expectations.
