This is a nice and well equipped apartment in the quiet hills above Levanto. The views from the patio are great, and it is a calm and peaceful retreat away from the crowds of nearby Cinque Terre. The host is very friendly and helpful.

It is not that clear in the listing, but this property consists of two apartments, one below and one above. We were in the lower apartment, and if the upstairs guests are walking around, moving chairs or talking loudly, you will hear it. Also, the listing states this is a one-bedroom, it is not. It is a studio apartment. There is a 3/4 wall separating the "bedroom" from the kitchen. We were disappointed by this as we specifically booked the place expecting a bedroom to make putting our baby to bed before us easier. Finally, be prepared that this property is located about 1km down a very narrow private road outside of Levanto. If you are driving, take a small car, as we had a number of close calls on the narrow roads. Walking to town is also not really a feasible or safe option.

The host was incredibly helpful in answering our questions, very responsive and a really nice person. His mother, who greeted us, was a very kind and nice lady. What I liked the most from the flat was the view and being surrounded by nature. But also the flat had everything one might need and was super cozy looking inside

Very quiet and peaceful

Very nice and beautiful location if you prefer solitude and great surroundings. The pool and separate terrace was great with the kids to enjoy freetime before or after exploring the beaches or Cinqe Terre. The host was nice and helpful.

You should know that you definitely need a car to go to the city and the beaches. There are no restaurants in walking distance. The beds were not very comfortable and creaking.

The Terrasse to is perfect for people with dogs. The privacy was great and Paolo was very helpful. I think it was a nice 👍 holiday home

The toilet was only stopping water by pressing multiple times stop. The coffee machines was Brocken and furniture are old.
