+ good accommodation, clean and had all you need (except for no towels, but we were alerted in advance by the owner)

- view overlooking cemetery - thin walls - no AC in the bedroom, only in kitchen/living room (we had an apartment under the roof with sloping walls and it got pretty hot to sleep there) - not so close to the beach like written - sea good only for little kids, we kept walking good 400 meters to the sea and the water was only up to our waist - dog on a chain in the backyard
