La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento muy bonito.

Por las noches a partir de las 20.30 hasta cerca de la 1 o 2 de la mañana se escucha un ruido que creo que es un extractor del restaurante de debajo y molesta bastante para conciliar el sueño.
