Oroklini Star 200metres from the sandy beach

The check-in time was 3 PM, but when we arrived at the house at 5:20 PM, the cleaner was still cleaning. At 5:24 PM, I informed the manager, and finally, the house was handed over to us at 6 PM. We barely had time to settle in when I received a message on my phone asking about the check-out time, which was set for 11 AM. Other than that, everything was fine.

Extually we loved appartment very much. It was the same that on pictures, bright and cozy. Host was very kind.

Place was great. Well equiped, nice layout, spacious, quiet and close to the perfect beach for little kids. Beach has a playground and shallow and warm water. Main road and bus stop were close so it was easy to get around the area. Owner was very forthcoming and communication was great and he did his best to make our stay more enjoyable.

We had a very bumpy start. Place is being cleaned by a cleaning company and no one from management bothered to inspect it before our arrival. And they did a very very bad job. After complain and inspection by owner, cleaning lady got sent back to our apartment but I had to follow her around to make sure she does her job. She still did not do a very good job as she did not have clean cleaning clothes or proper products or any will to do it right.

This house is one of the best rentals i have ever been to. It's fully modern, clean to perfection and is as comfortable as it gets. The staff is very attentive and answers everything without any delay - and they care that you actually enjoy your stay. It has a front patio, a backyard which we used a lot, two very comfortable bedrooms and a living room, plus a dining table and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking next to the house. We were greeted with superb jam and wine by the owners amazing dad Georgio. The beach is very close and oroklini is a nice laid-back city, not as noisy as larnaca or ayia napa. It was everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back to this house in the future.

The situation is not the best, it is relative far from busy areas (Ayia Napa or Larnaca). The place is very silent.
