Isix Seaview 2R2B at Timurbay Pantai Balok Kuantan Pahang

1. The property was located by the beach with many restaurants nearby - awesome! 2. Nicely decorated unit with good lightings. Awesome job! 3. Courteous and responsible host/owner. We are sincerely grateful for this. 4. 2 access cards given - great! 5. Well-functioning facilities. 6. Comfortable beds and pillows. 7. Sea view unit - an excellent spot.

1. The housekeeping could be improved - 2 floor mats were strewn on the floor near the dining table. 2. There were several small to mid-sized cockroaches appeared at night - in the dining area, kitchen counter, bed and even in the microwave. The host was alerted, and he wanted to arrange for pest control service immediately. However, that was not convenient, so we had to settle by using Ridsect.

The seaview, unit locations, building facilities were exceptional. Lots of shop nearby. Delivery service was good. Smooth checked-in and supportive entrance guard.

The smell of wood furniture especially in the bathroom quite strong. Maybe because the house doors been shut for sometimes. Also suggesting to place ceilling or stand-fan in the bedroom and hall area would be great. Could save electricity too. Overall, my family love to stay here and will definately come back near future.
