MYWe stayed at Mr. K's Penthouse at Timur Bay for two nights (Saturday to Monday) early Sept, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. This place truly exceeded our expectations and made our getaway to Kuantan perfect! First of all, the beachfront view from the unit is simply breathtaking – waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean every morning was magical. The unit was impeccably clean, which made us feel comfortable and at home right away. We loved the karaoke set (complete with 2 mics) – it was a fantastic bonus for our evenings in! The TV is huge and brand new with Netflix and other streaming apps already set up, so we had plenty of entertainment options throughout our stay. We even had a movie night! It’s the thoughtful little touches that really impressed us. Slippers were provided in case we wanted to head down to the beach, and there was even an umbrella on hand, just in case it rained. The unit also had a washer-dryer, which came in handy after our beach trips. Even though there’s a Coway water filter in the unit, they still provided us with four bottled waters to take along with us, which was really thoughtful. Instant coffee was prepared on the dining table, and the bathroom was stocked with clean towels. Overall, this stay was an absolute gem. We felt completely taken care of, and it was clear the host had gone above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Kuantan! We’ll definitely be back. 😊

MYMYI had an incredible experience. The seaview is precious, offering stunning views from both my room and the hall balcony. The second room also boasts a nice view, overlooking the pool with a glimpse of the sea, thanks to the unit's end location facing the beach. The host has gone above and beyond to ensure guest comfort, providing not just the usual facilities but also adding a karaoke set, a Cuckoo water filter, and several pairs of slippers for beach use. I am extremely satisfied with my stay.
While my stay was fantastic overall, I do have a recommendation for improvement. Upgrading the existing furniture and decor could enhance the property’s exclusivity. Although the current pieces are still functional, refreshing them would elevate the overall aesthetic and comfort of the space.
