We booked for 27&28th of June 2025, but the property just cancelled our booking just like that on 26th June 1033pm. The property text ‘the booking is cancel, call cust service booking.com. Like why you cancel my booking without giving any excuse or any reason to us? We already paid by credit card! Already charge! And this owner is not responsible, we contact the property also no response!! Very teribble & bullshit! SCAMMER, Pls guys dont book with TIMURBAY BEACH RESORT BY ANA! S C A M M E R

The location of the residence is very convenient for going to places to eat, taking walks by the beach, has a fairly good level of safety, is affordable, and has a large swimming pool.

This is my first experience staying in a studio suite managed privately. There are several amenities that need regular maintenance, such as a broken washing machine (which might not need to be provided), a clogged toilet sink, a leaking air conditioner, a sofa bed that’s not suitable as a permanent sleeping bed (it makes noise), a microwave and dishes that are dirty, and the advertised picture (seaview) is not accurate (it’s actually a parking view).

Not clean as I thought, host not prepared well with the Qr and all, washing machine can’t use, the bed is a sofa bed..not real bed and not comfortable to sleep..
