Byt je v bytovém domě s výtahem přímo na pláži. Pan majitel je úžasný pán, který se nám snažil velmi pomoci a vyšel nám vstříct, i když jsme změnili letenky. Vybavení bytu je standardní se 2 klimatizačními jednotkami, 2 balkony, ale velmi oceňuji, že jsou tam klasické peřiny❤️ velmi mile nás překvapila čistota, protože to byl asi jeden z nejčistších bytů, ve kterém jsem byla. Dalším benefitem je přímo krytá sprcha u domu, kde se v klidu omyjete a nenosíte, tak tuny písku z pláže. Moc jsme si to užili a určitě se vrátíme😀

Inainte de toate pot sa zic ca apartamentul ca si locatie este de nota 20! Apartamentul situat la etajul 1, iar blocul este fix pe plaja. Procesul de check a fost foarte ok, chiar daca am sosit tarziu dupa ora 23:30 cineva ne-a raspuns la telefon si ne-a indrumat in a prelua cheile. A doua zi proprietarul ne-a dat toate informatiile si ne-a adus cadou miere si oua proaspete. Chiar daca am prins o perioada foarte caniculara, chiar extrema, cele doua aparate de aer conditionat au facut fata . Apartamentul are doua camere si o bucatarie dotata cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie.

Apartamentul este unul invechit, cu un aer ponosit. Dar, nu asta a fost o problema.... In general ar trebui investit putin in curatenia lui cam peste tot: in camere, baie si bucatarie. per total se lasa o imagine de...vechi. Cu toate acestea se poate trece cu usurinta intrucat locatie este fantastica.

Everything was good. The apartment is in the perfect location, there are som small shops, different caffès, restaurants and taverns. The owner is very nice and friendly person. The sunrises from this apartment are picturesque and awesome.

Ideal place for a vacation. The apartment is literally located on a wide sandy beach visible from the balcony, and 10 minutes by car from the airport. The water access is very gentle, and the water is warm. The apartment was very clean, exactly as described. All necessary items were available: clothes drying rack and pegs, iron, hair dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook meals or prepare breakfast. Air conditioning in every room, TV, and Wi-Fi. The building has an elevator and a beach shower on the ground floor to avoid bringing sand inside. The host was extremely friendly, showed us everything, and treated us to fresh fruits. Private parking is available onsite, and there is a minimarket opposite the building. If I return to Larnaca, it will only be to this place.

As described by many, Amazing location! Simple apartment with all you need. Many restaurants around and super close to everywhere. Will use it again 🙂

Bit noisy in the night from the street but then you get to experience local vibes so we loved it!
