The room was slightly subpar compared to other units in the same building. All the windows were left open by the previous cleaning staff, and the room was full of mosquitoes when we came in.

The aircondition in the room wasnt working. When we arrived the washroom was wet and the furniture in the lounge was all haphazardly placed. The curtains were in bad condition. We couldn't sleep at night due to air-conditioning not working. The owner upon multiple inquiry conveyed that the technician is on leave so we were left helpless. The samsuria resort used to be one of the best resorts in cherating but now in very bad condition. No clenaing in the lobby or resort premises.very limited facilities.
