The room was spacious and it was clean.

The ceiling in the toilet was really sketchy. You could see several holes and the piping system there. Also, the TV channels were not working at all. Wish they could fix these.

The water heaters in two toilets were not function at all. I have booked two bedrooms, both are out of service. I did ask the receptionist to change room but it was not entertained. They are supposed to check the condition of the water heater before the customer arrived. It is very unbecoming! We paid for the room with no water heater . What say you?

In today's connected world, having access to WiFi is essential, whether for work, staying in touch with family, or planning local activities. Unfortunately, this missing feature made it inconvenient for me to stay connected, especially since mobile data coverage in the area was also inconsistent. I believe adding WiFi access would greatly enhance the guest experience and make the stay more enjoyable for everyone. Despite this, Samsuria is a lovely place to unwind, but I would recommend they address this issue to meet modern traveler expectations.
