MYMr leslie the owner were very helpful. He guide the guest very good and i understand all the info he provided. Shopping mall just below the Suites. Drying machine. Swimming pool. Security very helpful.
We stayed in A1309 unit: 1. Sliding door lock at balcony is not functioning. Maybe the lock clip is broken. Level 13 should be secure,no thief want to take risk climbing to that balcony. 2. There are cockroaches and ants at kitchen area. The wall tile and tile inside the bathroom is not clean, many yellowish and grey stain on it. The cleaner must clean all the surface area perfectly. I think the bathroom need ventilation@ blower unit because the 2nd bathroom to smelly until i have to spray with perfume to get rid unpleasant odors. 3. In the living room, only 2 lamp funtioning and causing living room to dim,and please repair it before your customer check in. Last day 2nd bathroom the light suddenly went out and its to dark. 4. No cupboard or make up mirror in all room only 1 at the living room. 5. Kichen sink black stain and looks dirty, no dishwasher provided and the kettle was leaking.
