Apartament mare, cu doua camere, situat aproape de plaja, langa statia de autobuz si supermarketul Petros. Pozele sunt intocmai cu realitatea, dotarile sunt cele precizate in descriere. Comunicarea cu proprietarul s-a facut foarte usor. Este un loc unde vom reveni, cu siguranta.

Das Apartment war sauber; Küchenausstattung scheint ordentlich zu sein; Parkplatz direkt vor der Hauseingangstür. Für 1-2 Nächte OK, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde es mir nicht passen. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

WC Spülung hat absolut nicht funkioniert (andere Bewertungen erwähnen das zum Teil auch). Gut, dass es einen Kübel in der Nähe gab. Das Bad ist prinzipiell (sehr) renovierungsbürftig. Etwas Investition im Bad würde der Wohnung einen ganz anderen Touch geben. Ein Türgriff war nicht angeschraubt, dadurch bleibt fällt er raus. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, ist das größte Problem die sehr dünnen Fenster (seitlich zur Straße). Vom Lärm her hat man das Gefühl, dass keine Fenster vorhanden sind und die man hört sehr stark die Straße sowie Busse von der naheliegenden Busstation. Mit Ohropax kann man trotzdem schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer, welches nach hinten in den Hof schaut dürfte deutlich besser sein. Im Allgemeinen: Um einen sehr ähnlichen Preis habe ich in bessere Apartments in Larnaka geschlafen. Trotzdem passt die Wohnung für 1-2 Nächte.

I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is spacious, spotless and perfectly equipped — ideal for both solo travelers and small groups (it can easily host 3–4 people). It really has everything you might need: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, adapters for UK plugs (a real lifesaver!), air conditioning, and even a lovely balcony. The location is great too — only about a 10-minute walk from the lively center of Larnaca, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the seafront nearby. There’s a bus stop to various destinations, including the airport, just around the corner, and if you rent a car, parking right in front of the building is super convenient. Check-in was smooth with the safe box system, and communication with the host was always quick, friendly, and clear. Possibly, one of the best places available in Larnaca — highly recommended!
