Die Wohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber, in der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden und die Fußbodenheizung sorgt für eine unglaublich gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Bad war sehr sauber und angenehm warm. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt.

Moderne Wohnung, große Fenster, super Lage. Besonders die Nähe zur Schlossinsel ist toll.

Das Wehr nebenan ist ziemlich laut, mit offenem Fenster schlafen könnte also schwer werden. Und wer schnell kalte Füße bekommt, braucht Hausschuhe. Trotz der Fußbodenheizung ist der Fliesenboden doch recht kalt. Außerdem sind die Wohnungen hellhörig, man muss also auf freundliche NachbarInnen hoffen.

Großartige FeWo in sehr schöner, ruhiger Lage. Absolut vollständig und gemütlich ausgestattet; sehr gutes Raumklima dank Fußbodenheizung. Absolut unkomplizierte Übernahme. Buchen, Leute!

Das zu kühle Wetter. 😞 Beim nächsten Mal vergebe ich eine ‚11‘, wenn die Stühle im WoZi Filzgleiter bekommen haben.
