The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Alex met us with the keys and explained everything. There were snacks left and as as an added bonus Alex cooked a meal for us. There was a washing machine and lines to dry clothes. Alex gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars. The apartment was close to a supermarket and the city centre and also the airport bus stop.

The shower taps were difficult to adjust and the shower curtain kept clinging while showering. The air conditioning heating was insufficient but it was unseasonally cold. The tank heater broke down for two days but Alex could not get an engineer due Xmas holidays.

Only the place was very old and dated. Everything else is fine.

Great location, walking distance to all tourist attractions and 10 minute drive to the airport. Plenty of parking available. A lot of space and light in the apartment. Balcony. Pleasant owner. Got complimentary snacks.

Floor is stone and can be cold to the feet. Saw large insects. Furniture and trimming looks very old and in need of renovation.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from it is the bus stop for the Airport (several lines), then for Nicosia, Paphos, Ten minutes to the center and the sea. The apartment is comfortable, with a wonderful terrace. You have everything you need in it. I am delighted. Alex is a great host. Praise!

The host was very kind, he met us at the check-in and explained everything. The apartment was equipped with everything needed and with a few check-in snacks and drinks. The location is great, there is a nearby supermarket and it is really close to the city center and to the beach.

The apartment is pretty old and almost all the appliances are old as well, but they are well kept so that wasn't really a problem. The main problem we had during our stay was that there were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom, the only solution was to use a spray supplied in the kitchen. There weren't a lot of cockroaches so it didn't destroy our stay but it sure is inconvenient.

Everything was great, the apartment is very big. The matrasses are comfortable, there are many hangers for clothes, in the bedrooms there are wardrobes, air conditioners and window blinds. In the bathroom there is everything you need for personal hygiene (cotton pad and cotton buds, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap and others). There are also beach towels and personal towels. The apartment is decorated very nicely. Charger adapters for European standard were provided. The kitchen is absolutely equipped, there is water dispenser and the host has left snacks and drinks for us. It was very kind to let us stay at the apartment after check out time, because there weren't any reservations after us. It was quiet and 15 min walk from the Finikoudes beach.

The host was very helpful and welcoming. He was flexible with our arrival time and we could always reach him with any question. Also he showed us around the apartment and bought some snacks and beverages. The apartment is at a great location. The beach and center is 10 mins by walk and there is also grocery store and bus stops just around the corner.
