very well-kept apartment even if dated but you can appreciate the continuous maintenance. The owner is really very kind and helpful and has always supported us for any problem and simple request for information. Really excellent stay.

It was a good location. Near St Lazarus Church square beach and shops.

It was grubby. In need of a revamp. It was extremely noisy on weekends. There were no instructions as to how to get in (key) on arrival.

It is close to the beach. But also close to nightlife that is very loud from Thursday to Sunday. The apartment is modest, but then again Cyprus is not flashy in general, it is much closer to the standard (or better) than people actually have here. There is a (very small) balcony with a view to the sea and it is perfect when you need to do a lot of reading or studying. I loved the Old Market street just around the corner. It gives a nice feeling of old Cyprus (and eating there is much less expensive than in the new fancy cafés).

I wished for better pillows and a blanket. However, I can understand how simply a sheet is enough for warm summer nights. You need to bring balcony furniture indoors when you are not there because of the pigeons - they will try and sit (and poop) on everything! Most kitchen supplies can be bought from the kiosk around the corner.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, very suitable for a family with 1 or 2 kids. The location is perfect right next to the sea with all cafes and supermarkets near by.

The only problem is that on weekends the bar is right under the windows and the music is super loud untill 3 am. So if you have a small kid its a little bit problem to have quite room or if you wanna sleep early you will have problems on weekends.

Comfortable beds, modern apartment, close to the beach and restaurants and old town.

Not the fault of the owner but to consider: many bars around with loud music all night long. We didn’t want to party, so that was bothersome for us.

Good location, the owner was very kind and allowed us the check in very early in the morning and check out late because our flight was very late at night , very kind lady. Everything you needed was available wifi,big fridge,washing machine and all in very good condition

Lack of mosquito nets-Dozens of mosquitoes all the time; the walls are full of traces of the dead mosquitoes, Too soft mattress, Low water pressure in the shower
