As instructed, we phoned 30 minutes before arrival. Frau Peml did not meet us but told us about the key-boxes. We found Burgfeld 1 but there was no key box. We phoned again, and she gave us instructions: "round the corner, past the bins, alongside the railings, on your right is the back door." We saw no key-box. "At the bottom of the railings are 3 boxes. It's the one in the middle." The key code was different from the one we had been given earlier, but she gave us another and we were in. There was very little toilet paper and although we phoned and complained the supply was not replenished. . No information concerning use of the laundry facility. Out-dated information concerning local events.

Cozy and big appartment with a great placement and fine price

It needed a bit more cleaning as there where breadcrumbs on the table and somewhat dirty. The key placement was a bit difficult to find

Pictures reflect it very well, nice big apartment close to the city.

There are a lot of noises from the pizza shop below. Cutlety was not clean and neither were the pots.

Location was excellent and very clean

The TV didn't work but this was not an issue for us.

Great location, quiet, clean and very spacious apartment. Well equipped. It really deserves a 9.5 rating

Traveling by car it took us some time to locate the apartment as it is close to a busy road intersection. It also took us some time to arrange for the agent to meet us to hand over the keys. The contact number is for the proprietor who then has to contact the agent. This apartment could score a perfect 10 with more attention to customer experience and updating some interior features. Parking was in an area which had warning notices, we would have appreciated something to display in the windscreen to show that we were permitted to park there.

This place is alot bigger than you think, quiet clean and close to town centre

Everything was great if I had to put something no baking trays or microwave but I'm only saying didn't affect us at all
