Quiet location with excellent connection to the city centre via nearby bus. There is a well stocked supermarket just across the road. Apartment has comfy beds

The owners were extremely helpful and attantive. It was very easy to communicate with them. Both hosts helped me out with everything I needed, including giving directions and teaching me how to get around in town. The flat is easily reach from Tbilisi, as well as from Kutaisi airport. It is walking distance from Kutaisi main bus termonal and very well connected to Kutaisi downtown by curcular bus #1. Apartment itself was specious and bright, with lots of greenary around. It had two seperate bedrooms, which means 4 people could easily fit in there. The neigborhood felt safe and friendly. The flat was overall very clean and well equipped. The value for money was just increable! Look no further if you are looking for an affordable options for your stay in Kutaisi.

Maybe some tea bags, coffee and sugar would have been helpful, however given the price I really cant comlain.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment with my wife. Everything was perfect. our host hosted us for dinner with his family in his own house. We had a lot of fun and they helped us a lot. We would like to thank each and every one of them, a perfect family in every way. and we will come to kutaisi again and we will not look for another home. Very good and well furnished apartment, excellent kitchen with all necessary utencils and washing machine.Hot water and heating. Extremely good value for money.

It was a good two bedroom for a cheap price.

Lack of air conditioning during hot summer days

Good value for money. Own apartment with washing machine, equipped kitchen and good internet connection. Will be glad to come back some day.
