Localização ótima.

A acomodação precisa de reparo! Apartamento antigo, não é funcional. No chuveiro empoça água dentro do box. As louças velhas e mal lavadas. Sofá muito desconfortável, visto que é tido como uma segunda cama!

A sala muito quente o ventilador não ventila o interfone não funciona tive emergência com pessoas batendo na minha porta duas horas da manhã não tinha segurança nenhuma
