​Nossa estadia no Hotel Ritz em Maceió foi simplesmente fantástica! O hotel oferece uma estrutura excelente, mas o que realmente nos encantou foi o atendimento e o cuidado com os hóspedes. Um agradecimento muito especial à camareira Roseli, uma profissional maravilhosa, extremamente atenciosa e simpática. Ficamos muito felizes e surpresos quando encontramos um cupcake no quarto para comemorar o aniversário da minha esposa — esse gesto de carinho fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo excelente trabalho. Com certeza voltaremos!
