É um excelente hotel, com ótimo serviço e limpeza

Quero deixar claro que o hotel é ótimo, o que eu vou falar aqui são ajustes finos pra uma experiência ainda mais agradável: A sauna não estava funcionando, os elevadores são muito lentos e o café da manhã, apesar de bom, no momento de pico de pessoas ficava bem desorganizado com várias coisas faltando.
