We love coming back to this apartment - everything is easily accessible, the communication is always great and the stay in Madeira is always great because of it! The owner cares about the comfort of his guests and the quality of accommodation is constantly improving. I definitely recommend it! :-)

Modern not outdated apartment. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker and wine opener in the kitchen. Calm, quiet area with terrace available to sit and relax.

Apart from coffee maker and wine opener, very poorly equipped kitchen. Cheap wine glass which broke in my hand when I was washing it. One was different than another as well. Parking is around 200m from home and that's not bad but it's not always available as spaces are limited. Owner did not take care of privacy for tenants, there is a glass door in the kitchen that has no blinds nor curtain. This is also where you walk out of bathroom therefore you have to cover up.

The location of the apartment is in a quiet part of Machica, and parking nearby was always easy. A short drive to the motorway and supermarkets. The place is quiet; no one and nothing disturbs you. Great cleanliness and good facilities guarantee an undisturbed stay. We would love to come back to Luis again.

Service - good communication through the app Accommodation - very comfortable, spacious bathroom. Large terrace good for breakfast and afternoon drinks. Eating - small kitchenette with basic appliances and utensils for self catering Wi-fi - excellent in room

Location - if you don't have a car, location is a solid 20 minute walk uphill from town. No shops or restaurants in walking distance (if you have a car, location isn't a problem) No shampoo, body wash, tea or coffee supplied. Hot water not enough for 2 showers in quick succession
