Villa Arancia Quiet, Central, Parking and Air Conditioning

The villa apartment is spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The covered balcony offers a picture postcard view of the surrounding countryside. Guilia is a wonderful host - friendly, smiling and very responsive. Thanks also to her husband for meeting us at the railway station on our arrival. Levanto is a charming seaside town and the perfect base for a walking holiday due to the excellent local trains. Ask Guilia for suggestions on local walks away from the frenzy of the Cinque Terre villages.

The last part of the walk from the railway station was a challenge for us at the end of a day's hiking (70 year olds - but fit!) as it is quite steep.

Lovely host. Spacious. Privacy well respected. Beautiful view. If you’re travelling as a family and want to cook, they have all kinds of utensils and there’s a balcony next to the kitchen where you can sit down and enjoy the view while waiting for food to be done.

Host was exceptional, very accommodating and friendly. We arrived in the morning prior to check-in, she let us drop our bags, gave us info about what we could do for the 1/2 day and gave us advice on grocery store. Also let us leave bags past checkout on day of departure. Location is uphill from train station, very quiet and beautiful setting. LOTS of room for the 5 of us, comfortable beds, eating either outside in a covered area off kitchen or inside. Big stove, ample cookware and utensils.

This was such a nice place to stay. You can park your car and use the train the whole time. Train station is only 5-7 minute walk away. From there you can easily go to Cinque Terre. Levanto itself is very nice and has a picteresque walking street. There are also many gelaterias and restaurants. I liked having 2 bathrooms in the house. Also the patio where we could eat and take in the views. The house has plenty of room.

A warm welcome from Giulia to a large house, surrounded by lovely views and the family productive garden. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. It was just a 15 minute walk to the train station in Levanto for access to Cinque Terre. Levanto is a great base, with its own old world streets, great food and seaside walks. The cost of our accommodation was very reasonable too.

I liked it all and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the Cinque Terre.

The host greeted us as soon as we came, showed us around and even agreed to do the washing for us (as the property didn't have a washing machine inside). The host also recommended us some good restaurants, boat trips, etc. The beds were super comfortable, ACs installed, and towels, shampoos, etc were provided — very nice place.

We traveled with our toddler of almost 2 years. This meant we spent a lot of time in our accommodation during nap time and during the evenings. This accommodation was simply amazing for our needs. We had a huge outside terrace, a large covered balcony which enabled us to sit outside even during rainy weather. We often opened the big terrace doors and sat on the couch while enjoying the beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked every night. The space allowed our toddler to move around as much as he needed and he had his own cot. The two bathrooms were a huge convenience for us and having the option between using the bathtub or the shower was simply great. The owners were very friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. Polite, helpful but not invading. Really good balance. Overall a very beautiful, spacious accommodation with great views.

A small tip to the lovely owners: A bit of TLC for the terrace could really add some value. Overall its fine and we are complaining on a high level but i felt the standard of the property inside was not mirrored on the outside. This is purely from a parental view and as a FYI: For people traveling with small but mobile toddlers its important to know that this property has stairs leading up to the terrace and the main entrance which i wasn't fully aware off when reviewing the picture. The property has two more stairs inside to the basement and the 1st floor which could have been a risk with our toddler but luckily he could handle them well.

The house is located in a scenic and quiet area. There is a 10 minute walk to the train station and city center. Great host, kind and very informative.
