Everything. Great location convenient to all the sites. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a lift, washing machine, dishwasher and air-conditioning. Our host was very responsive to any of our questions and there was helpful information in the apartment, such as recommended restaurants. Check in was also very simple. Thanks for a great stay Massimo!

nice having 3 bedroom option for our group. bedrooms were spacious. having the washer on site was a big benefit to us. communication with the property to access on arrival was clear.

"Wonderful apartment for 5-6 people in the centre of Mantova."

The apartment is very spacious, modern and well-equipped. Ideal for 5 of us, with 2 spacious shower rooms. Tea, coffee and snacks were very welcome. Location is great for sightseeing and very close to carpark (and station, which we did not use).

The lift was out of order when we arrived, which was a struggle for my 92-year-old mother-in-law. The heating was on unnecessarily and the radiator in the first bedroom took 24 hours to cool down after we'd turned all the valves to zero. Some coat hooks or a coat stand in the entrance would be useful, and some hooks in the shower rooms to hang clothes and towels. (These are minor quibbles, just suggestions for the owner.) I would also have liked to know the owner's name - it would make communications a bit more friendly.

Easy self-check-in process, great location, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The host provided us with a baby cot, and we in general did not miss anything.

Great location easy walk to Centro. Large comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. Inexpensive secure car park about 6 minutes walk.

Not easy to park nearby for unloading luggage on arrival and departure.
