2086-Amazing penthouse with sea view solarium

A reported water leak escalated within a few hours into a situation we perceived as a serious safety risk (partial ceiling collapse in the living room). Despite repeated notifications including photos and videos, we did not observe any timely assistance or effective mitigation measures; and even after more than 24 hours, no inspection by Zapholiday had taken place to our knowledge. We also did not receive any effective or timely support through Booking.com in this situation. We left the accommodation out of concern for our safety and felt insufficiently supported throughout the incident. The matter is currently being reviewed in the context of a compensation claim. In our view, the lack of action to mitigate the damage did not improve the situation and may have contributed to further damage to the property. We do not recommend Zapholiday based on this experience.

quiet location

Excellent view. Plenty of space in the apartment for family of four.

Pillows were exceptionally thin and inadequate. Towels the same as pillows. Only one small tea towel provided. Sofa too small and uncomfortable. The apartment needs a review of the comfort aspect and essentials provided. Cushion covers need to be washed, they had a dirty odour. Sorry for the negagivity but I have previously rented other apartmentd at Lad Garzas that I would rate as better. Hoeever it is a great location for the view. I have given an honest opinion, if somewhat critical, sorry.

Zustand der Terrassenmöbel [Liegen nicht nutzbar ,gebrochen Esstisch und Möbel auf der oberen Terrasse dreckig] Dusche Fugen extreme Schimmel und Stockflecken .Innenrollos defekt .( es gibt zusätzlich Ausssenrollos) In der Küche extrem viele Armeisen jeden Tag Wenn die angegebene defekten Sachen erneuert werden , dann ist das eine prima Wohnung.

A localização muito boa. O apartamento correspondeu embora poderia melhorar na qualidade e conforto do mobiliário. A limpeza estava boa, alguns aspectos a melhorar será a qualidade das camas, e das cadeiras dessa forma ficaria ainda melhor.

como já refeir a qualidade das cadeiras de praia e as camas podiam ser bem melhores. Tivemos um problema com o AC que depois foi retificado e após o problema explicaram como deveria funcionar para não ter mais problemas.

Przepiękny widok, duże, wygodne mieszkanie, parking podziemny, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia ze zmywarką, pralka, parasol na taras i parasol na plażę, wygodny czysty basen, ładne otoczenie.

Łazienki wymagają odświeżenia, meble na tarasach bardzo zniszczone, praktycznie nie nadają się do użytku. Słaby kontakt z obsługą, wczesne wymeldowanie (10.00) nie wyrażają zgody na przedłużenie, choć okazało się, że za sprzątnie wzięli do dopiero ok 13. Potrzeba zapłaty kaucji - 250 euro, które dopiero zwracają po tygodniu od zakończenia pobytu. Na powitanie , jedna rolka papieru toaletowego, jedna tabletka do zmywarki, mini żel i mini szampon - jeden na 4 osoby. Bardzo miękkie materace.

The best thing about this property is the terrace with fantastic view all the way till Gibraltar's Rock! We were there in the second half of November and were travelling to different towns every day, so we could enjoy the terrace less that we would have liked to. But we did make sure to have a free half day for grilling on the roof top terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is located in a perfectly maintained gated condominium with a swimming pool. I would love to live here :-) As to geographical location, it was good for us, because we wanted to travel to Gibraltar, Ronda, Tarifa, Marbella and Estepona and all of those are within easy reach from Manilva. If our main purpose was beach, it would be a bit too far for that. From the coastal highway you have to drive up the hill for around 10 minutes, so there is no way you could stay there without a car.

The mattresses in the bedroom with single beds are less comfortable, but not too bad. Getting in the garage is a bit tricky, you have to maneuver within centimiters between two walls in a curve.

Liked the outside space. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious

The outside furniture needs updating with more comfort. Some sort of English channel on the TV would have been a bonus.
