The best part of the stay was the apartment’s convenient location, which made it easy to access nearby amenities and get around without hassle. My stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing due to a persistent cockroach infestation. Reading reviews on Booking.com, it was clear that this was an ongoing issue the host was well aware of since at least 2023. The presence of cockroaches made the stay both uncomfortable and unhygienic, and despite the host’s claim that the problem had been addressed, it was far from resolved. Given the situation, we decided to cut our stay short and left a day earlier. While the host acknowledged the issue and apologized, it was unacceptable that such conditions were still present.

Location is good, host is nice.

The only good about the place was the view

The place is infested with cocroachs that were crawling on the kitchen counter inside the microwave and also inside the fridge which was really disgusting they went inside our food aswell and the owner of the place doesn't seem to be interested since people have been complaining about this since 2023.this place really needs to be fumigated as it is posing a health risk to the guests.we reached there on Friday night after seeing that we couldn't even sleep at the place we called the owner and he said he had made alternative arrangements at another place when we arrived there at 1:30 in the morning the place was locked we were all alone in a place we don't know when we tried to call the owner he then responds an hour later saying he fell asleep and was not interested in our safety at all.. I will never ever go back to this place it was absolutely horrible.

On arrival the comms with the owner was great and checking in was simple.

There was a water outage in the area. We were not notified and when trying to shower at the end of the day we had no water. Had to get water from the local pool for the toilet. We were in contact with the owner who apologised and tried to make good and undertook to find us another place to stay. This did not happen and we made a plan ourselves. The owner then undertook to process a refund. Which to date has not happened. I tried communicating with the owner but getting no response. We also reported to the owner that the unit has many cockroaches and that pest control may be required. To which we had no response. The photos on bookings.com is very deceiving. I would like for the owner to make good on their commitment. If the owner communicated with me I would not have posted this poor review. I have prove of all the comms (and the lack thereof from the owner)

The property is closer to the beach and shops for incase of any emergency supplies . So it is good value for money and convenient.

The down side of our unit was full of cockroaches. Which made it a bit uncomfortable considering that I had a toddler with me. Secondly, I was looking forward for a morning swim and night swim but unfortunately the pool was dirty till the very last day of our stay.

The apartment did not feel clean, too much of stuff lying around. Covers on couches were damp. Put the toaster on but they were cockroaches in there 🤮Yuck! Extremely poor quality toilet paper. Blinds in the bathroom were dirty. Furniture needs to seriously be upgraded a bit. Oh! And the microwave works when it wants to. By the time we left there, my entire family was sick. I raised all of this with the owner, he said he will take this up with the cleaning company and get back to me but I never heard from him again.
