Greetings. The location of apartment was perfect. Easy access to the beach. We were fortunate. The weather for entire weekend was perfect..sunrise and sunset beautiful. Security from entry to regular patrols was very professional and courteous. Thank you..father s day weekend ...fishing. nearby restaurant...all on point.

Recommend to update lounge furniture. Maintenance of dishwasher. Took my own dishwasher tablets.. Dishes not washed properly. Odour from dishwasher.

Sea view unit is on the ground floor I did not have to climb stairs it is spacious and super clean

TV was not working, and we did know what to do, we did not watch the TV during our stay. I would have appreciated if I knew about this before. There was no dish cloth, had to go and buy one. The agent was NOT very friendly, she was irritated at all times when I needed some clarity, she made me feel like stupid when I asked her some questions since this was my first time visit in this property. There is a need to hire more younger agents who have more energy and excellent customer service

The location was excellent and views were stunning. The unit is neat, spacious and well equipped as shown in the photos. The host was friendly and helpful. Secure parking, 24-7 security at boom gates. Easy access to the beach, nice pool area, close to shops and restaurants (many of which deliver to the unit). Also close enough to Wild Coast.

No privacy screen between main bedroom and ensuite and patio sofa in the inside lounge area not the most comfy. But everything else was lovely.

Me and my friends we loved the view.i mean the sea is right infront of us.we enjoyed exploring the seashores and meditating was easy.jogging on clean peacefull streets.security every corner.i would certainly come back.the stay was marvelous.i loved it.its a family retreat with no regrets.tank you Laguna crete.we are refreshed 😊 ❤️

The transport part is dull.we didn't bring a car thinking there's Uber and bolt.to my surprise there was none available. We couldn't swim the sea was bad due to heavy rains n floods.besides that I'm happy!

The beach,the place on a whole was clean

There was no electricity the second day until the next morning

The view, the complex, and the actual unit were amazing. Clean, quiet, and serene.

Booking.com accepted my cash for 1 night. There was no communication about the breakage deposit. When I spoke with the agent regarding the key, she was very rude and not helpful at all and informed me that 1 night is not allowed. I wanted to change my dates and was unable to do so on the booking.com site.

The charlet was beautiful everything was as it was in the pictures apart from the bedding.

The host must change her attitude. She is beyond rude, she is always right and undermines other people.
