Very good view

The unit needs an upgrade. The microwave was so badly rusted. Toilet and bathroom facilities very old and rusted. There is no lift in flats

The location as well as value for money.

The TV had no signal the entire weekend. The sliding glass door in the main bedroom was rattling a lot on windy days and nights and also made a whistling noise when there was heavy wind.

There admin was easily executed, the manager was always visibly. Communicate very well. Ooh there is a biblea .

Absence of elevator (lift). Perhaps the might be a reason.
