Great location (in the midfle of the downtown), every sights are around, near the apartment.

The accommodation is completely unsuitable for any family with kids. The entrance to the room is on wobbly stairs-construction. With so widely spaced railings that a kid could easily fall thru. I had to constantly watch over them extremely closely. Also a steep staircase inside has no railings and is dangerous and definitely not to code since every staircase has to have railings that kids and adults can hold on to. It is fine for adults or teenagers. Nice location close to the city. But totally unsuitable for family with smaller kids.

The apartment is very well located, right in the center of the old town. Well equipped. The air conditioning in the bedroom located in the attic turned out to be particularly useful.

No one greeted me, the key was waiting for me in the open apartment. I had to pay an additional tourist tax in cash. There was no toilet paper in the apartment. I asked the host and got a reply after two days. I arrived on Sunday, the shops were closed, I had to wait until Monday and buy. Instead of soap, there was some diluted soapy liquid. The shower had no stand and it was difficult to shower. There was nowhere to leave anything in the shower stall. The microwave was quite sticky on the outside. There was a TV, but no television. There were hairs in some places in the premises.
