Location, host, everything

I paid without brekfast. Location is ok.

The doors for parking were closed when I arrived even though I came in in time I aranged. It was anoying because I needed to wait half an hour to park my car and to get to apartment...

Nice apartment close to the river and Old Town. Washing machine, dryer and a clothes line were a Godsend when you're travelling light. Beds were comfy and the room was nice and airy. There were two air conditioners, one for the bedroom and one for the kitchen working independently of each other as necessary. Ideal in the heat of the night.

Not a problem for us but be aware for anyone less able, that the apartment is upstairs without a lift.

Good location and spacious with parking. Had great air conditioning and host was very responsive.

Very difficult to find. The entrance is a narrow alleyway between 2 buildings. No oven as is in the description so food we had bought was wasted. Bathroom is quite small and doesn't always smell great. Pillows were awful so not always a good night's sleep.

Perfect stay in Maribor, best selection of TV channels in Slovenia :)

The apartment is at the best location, near the bus station if you travel by bus, and 5 minutes walking to the old town.
