"Schön Aufenthalt in großer und heller Wohnung"

Der Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütich. Gute Lage. Lidl gleich um die Ecke. Auch die Busstation ist nicht weit mit direkter Anbindung an die Altstadt.

"Apartamento a 10 minutos de Maribor tranquilo y amplio."

Buena ubicación a 10 minutos del centro de Maribor. Amplio, cocina grande con salón y comedor. Zona muy tranquila. Se puede aparcar en la calle. Muy concienciados con la ecología, hay que separar todos los residuos y tirarlos al contenedor adecuado.

No hay microondas ni lavavajillas. Las camas son suficientes. Está en una planta superior y hay que acceder subiendo una escalera que hace curva. Complicada para personas mayores y para subir equipajes. La bañera está en alto y es complicado también salir de ella, cuidado.

"Csendes, nyugodt hely, bőséges hellyel, de a pihenés korlátozott az ágyak és a sötétítés hiánya miatt."

Nagy ház felső szintje, sok tér, nyugodt környéken. Van két terasz, az egyik rendkívül nagy, mindkettőn vannak bútorok. A konyha egészen jól felszerelt, bár mikró és mosogatógép nincsen.

A dupla ágy nagyon keskeny két felnőttnek, a kiságy egyik oldala ki van ülve, nagyon kényelmetlen. A hálószobákban nagyon kevés a sötétítés, hiányzik redőny vagy reluxa. A ház szabályai túl sokszor vannak ismételve, főleg a szemét szelektív gyűjtésére vonatkozóan.

"Klidné místo"

Moderní, prostorný, čistý apartmán s balkonem i terasou, klidné místo, vše bylo v pořádku.

Deklarované parkování v areálu objektu nebylo umožněno, museli jsme parkovat na cestě - v horkém létě na slunci, ale nebyl to až takový problém, jen by to nemělo být uvedeno v nabídce. Nadměrné množství připomínek ohledně pravidel.

"grosszügig, ruhig, bequem"

ruhige Lage, in der Nähe vom Einkaufszentrum sehr grosse Wohnung im ersten Stock, sehr viele Infos mit touristische Vorschläge Küche mit viele Pfanne und Utensilien. Badzimmer mit Badewanne und Duschvorhang.

WiFi funktionierte sehr schlecht im Wohnzimmer und Küche. Neben den Eingangstüre und in einem Zimmer war gut.

Nice apartment, sunny, with balconies and a comfortable dining room. Kitchen fully-equipped. You need the car to reach Maribor center, but it is not an issue considering absence of traffic and easy parking there.

Beds were not so comfortable.
