Comfortable and clean. From the small balcony we could see part of Mt Etna. Homely atmosphere. Excellent location to city centre. Personal attention given us by property owners.

The apartment was ok and easy to find. Had washing machine and had all the necessities. Good car park. Soap and detergents were provided altough we didn't use. Fridge, hairdryer all good

Unfortunately we couldn't get connected to wifi and t.v. We spoke to her and tried to help us but still we remained without wifi. After we left she send us pics that wifi worked so I don't know what the problem was. She lives far away from apartment so she couldn't come. We had to use an extra bed but unfortunately there were not enough sheets. For 4 persons ok there was, for 5 no, not enough. I wished there was more communication with her and call or check regarding wifi. Maybe language was the problem not sure
