Panoramic Seaside Getaway, 2-BR Penthouse

Casa este foarte frumoasă, cu un view superb la mare. Spațiile sunt mari, aerisite și primitoare. Este complet utilată, perfectă pentru un sejur confortabil. Interiorul a fost foarte curat și plăcut, lucru care a contat mult pentru noi. Am avut așteptări foarte scăzute înainte de a ajunge, deoarece recenziile anterioare erau exagerat de negative. Am fost foarte aproape să anulez rezervarea, dar mă bucur că nu am făcut-o. Experiența a fost mult mai bună decât mă așteptam. Evident, nu este o cazare de nota 10, însă un 8,5 meritat cu siguranță. Din acest motiv, consider că cei care dau note extrem de mici, fără a menționa și părțile bune, sunt nedrepți și transmit o imagine nerealistă.

Geamurile exterioare ar fi avut nevoie de mai multă atenție la curățenie. Izolația fonică a ferestrelor nu este cea mai bună, iar din cauza poziționării la strada principală se aud destul de clar zgomotele de afară.

The apartment is spacious with nice views. Any concerns that were voiced were quickly resolved. The security deposit was done through an app I have never heard of, but I received an email that it was released 8 days after we exited the apartment. Also, the caretaker of the apartment complex was downstairs cleaning up bird poop to ensure the downstairs common area was clean. That was appreciated. The apartment was within walking distance to many places to eat, the castle, the market, and other attractions. It is almost a mile away from Lidl, but there are several mini markets around to get basic supplies.

While the views were great, the windows were covered with bird poop. You couldn’t dry your clothes outside because your clothes would end up with feathers all over them. There was also a great view of a dead bird, so we kept some of the window coverings closed. Finally, you are only given one key that is attached to a plastic card. The plastic card has to be inserted into a slot in the apartment in order for the electricity to work. And, even if you leave the door unlocked, you cannot enter the apartment once the door is shut from the outside. There were three people in our party, and the apartment felt like a prison because one of the party uses a Cpap machine to sleep (which requires electricity), and they go to bed at 8pm, meaning the rest of the party could not leave the apartment after this time. There was no going out at night or in the morning until the one person was awake. And, you cannot separate the plastic care from the key or you will be charged. It is also attached in such a way that you cannot put it back together. Also, there is a nosey neighbor lady that resides downstairs who will knock on your door and try to see in the apartment. She will claim there was noise, even when everyone is asleep (read above…one goes to sleep, you all basically have to because you can’t leave).

a few days ago I had a booking for 4 persons . For some reasons at 02:00 some one cut our electricity out. I’ve called the ‘’owner” or the “manager” of the palace to come to fix it. I agree I was taking not on the most polite way, because I was with my girlfriend and other 2 friends there. We were ready to eat and exactly when we seat to eat someone stop our electricity. After talking with the guy on the phone I’ve made some rounds of the building to try to find what he was calling “a white door with electricity” in the end i found it and it was locked.. so I call home to come to fix the issue and he didn’t come up or he didn’t inform me that he was trying. It was 04:30~ in the morning and I’m getting a message that was tell me that I can move out for other apartment 😂 we where 4 and they offer us 2 bedroom apartment. I was asking how it’s possible to do this? We were 4 we got an apartment for 2 and I was having a lot of staff to carry and the food on tabel, and no car.. this story sounds amazing. After next day probably the guys was trying to make some money.. they blame me about a door. They ask for 300 euros deposit.. and next day they try to keep it.. after one of the guys was taking in Greek “give him 150 euros to send him away” it was a very bad experience. Rude staff and young boys playing the “manager”. All the night we was staying in dark with no ac, I’ve lost a zoom call maybe potentially partners. And they told me that’s it’s an unexpected situation.

It was spacious, bright and excellent view of the sea and the city and all surround areas, good access to the city, seaside, harbour , all supermarkets and restaurants . The best part of the penthouse was the strong showers . The host kept in touch with us and helped out with any of our requests and needs. The keys were a little difficult to locate , at first but we were guided by the host by phone how to locate them. We had a very comfortable stay.
