Maximum 10 min walk to the beach. Useful apartment with everything you need. Bonus wonderful terrace and owner flexibility.

Excellent service. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and much more. We felt awesome, and the personal was kind and welcoming.

Quiet location in a by-street on the second floor of a building with the elevator. Large balcony (shared with the neighbouring apartment - balcony door can be locked). Well equipped kitchen with a lot of amenities (sugar, pepper, salt, cooking oil, pasta, etc). Even the washing powder and tissue softener were there! Liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom. WiFi was OK. A large supermarket was a 15-20 minutes walk away. Large parking lot right across the street.

A couple of suggestions to the owner: 1. Pls indicate clearly that the entrance to the Block B building is not directly from the Victor Hugo street, but from a by-street perpendicular to that one; 2. Pls replace the old and scratched cooking pots and pans with new ones! 3. By putting more modern furniture the value of the apartment would be enhanced.

The owner (Sol) was a pleasant man, he met us directly in front of the accommodation. We didn't have to wait until 2pm to check in. We met at 7 in the morning, received the keys and were shown the apartment. The apartment was as in the photos, a short distance from the beach, clean, equipped with everything needed. Shops were also nearby. Sol responded to a whatsapp message in case of a question. There was no problem during the stay. We were satisfied

The environment scared us a little, but as it turned out later, the initial fear was misplaced. It was a side street so it was quiet.

The host graciously met us at the airport and gave us a ride to the lodging. He was very helpful and informative. He gave us an overview of the neighborhood and said the grocery store was "far away" and if we wanted, he would give us a ride there the following day. It turned out the grocery was only about 1.5km from the lodging, so an easy walk for us. The apartment is close to many coffee shops and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. Excellent location. The bed is comfortable, as is the sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything worked. The balcony is huge, the washing machine very nice, and the apartment has a drying rack and an iron. This is a one bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa in the living room and a very large balcony. Highly recommend.

Our biggest complaint was the noise level. Somebody living nearby had children who screamed a lot. Not usual kid noises, but screaming.
