J&N Hill's Residence with swimming pool

a big appartment, nice size sofa, owner offerd early check-in and allowed an hour later check-out

roulets on the window did not go up, kitchen was badly equped with almost no pans, it was cold (air condition only in one room, other rooms were realy cold,althouh it is winter owner should have thought of the cold and provide some heating apliances in other rooms),pool was full of dirty water with a dead headgehock in it,there was mould in the walls of the bedroom, there was no light in the stircase, electric sockets were losened in almost all the rooms so it was not a safe place for small children. Owner did not respond to booking massages at all!

the pool & spacious apartment and terrace.

no kitchen cloth, no dishcloth, only 3 large plates for 4 persons. not the enough utensils. No toaster. Just a closed toaster. no ac or fan in bedrooms.

Good location, not far from Medulin center and grocery stores. Kids enjoyed pool, tooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equiped with all we needed.

The kitchen faucet needs to be repaired.

The property looks just the same as in the photos.

The location it is not that good. You have to use the car to go shopping or to go to the beach. They don’t come to clean the apartment and you don’t have even a mop to clean it by yourself.
