I was booking for 5 adults, from the many apartments shown, I have selected Opahome because it has 2 queen beds n 1 sofa bed. Upon checking in, found a 2 seater sofa instead. I checked with host, was told sofa bed broken last week n replaced with a sofa. I asked for a mattress but host said don't have n stop communicating with me totally. I m very disappointed & felt cheated. There are oni 4 towels, 4 cups n 4 glasses, it is very obvious the unit is only meant & cater for 4 guests & not for 5. I have to sleep on the floor. need to double check with properties for future bookings.
