From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. During MCO 3.0, Whoever guest who travel here from other states required to show their Crossover State Letter from PDRM/MITI Letter, Working Permit and medical test report during check in process. As mentioned, our check in time is 3pm until 7pm for weekdays and 4pm until 8pm for weekends, school holiday and public holiday. Late check in after 7pm for weekdays and 8pm for weekend should be informed earlier and it is based on the availability, otherwise the booking is considered burnt. Check in after 9pm will not be entertained. The private beach gate access will be closed temporarily from 30/10/2023 to 3/11/2023. Starting from 1st March 2024, TimurBay Management has implement on-site visitor parking with charge, RM15 per lot per day. Early reservation required. First come first serve basis. Additional car should be inform before 12pm on the check in date, and the payment and parking lot reservation should be made before 12pm on the same day. Please contact our staff if there is any extra parking lot required and my team will check with parking availability and help to make the reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
