The cleanliness and the facilities. The unit was clean, and the facilities offered met our expectation. The host provided all the necessary equipment and utensils. Host was responsive and helpful.

We had a very wonderful stay at this unit. It has a nice beach view directly from the living room/balcony and bedrooms. The unit can accommodate comfortably for 5-6 persons. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are very clean. It provides all necessary appliances/ equipment such as TV with Netflix, water filter, washing machine with dryer, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Many power sockets everywhere to charge our gadgets.The unit is at ground floor. So, it provides the easiest access to the beach and the swimming pool.

Dedicated parking lot is far from the unit.

On the ground floor - easy access to the beach and pool. Good quality furnishings. Lots of extras, like water filter, handheld vacuum, washing machine, great hot water, child plates and cups. Very responsive host and easy access to the property through smart lock. Host provided two key cards, which made it super convenient. The host was super thoughtful about needs of guests, and it is reflected throughout the unit.

None. It was pretty perfect. For wheelchair access, ramp is at the other side of the building through a number of fire doors. This is to note for elderly guests.

Variety facility provided in the unit make our life easier. Coway, potable fan, coolest aircond 😂, bigger rubbish bin...etc. Unit located at ground floor facing sea, suitable as people not directly look into the unit. Car park just next to the unit (need to pay rm15/night at main gate security) but free park slot available at G1a.

As the unit located at ground floor, the window should be not transparet. Already spoke to unit host to install wallpaper or change out the "langsir".

The rooms

It's clean and exactly how it was pictured. Easy to check in and check out. Fully guided. Parking is about 80m from the unit however it's convenient to drop the bags especially because the unit is at ground floor. So no hustle to wait for the lift!! Extra points!!! Easy to find food at any time of the day as surrounded with eateries... Souo ala thai just crossed the road is highly recommended!

None... Just hate to see uncivilised people throw rubbish as they wish.
