Spacious, modern and central apartment. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again. Good value for money and the owner is very kind and responsive.

I wouldn’t give anything less than 10, but you should be aware that there is no lift, shampoo and shower gel. Also, the intercom was not working.

The best place to stay in Larnaca. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much 🙏🏾

- Very spacious and well-equipped apartment with a big terrace - Free parking lots (two lots are part of the building) and there are lots of free parking spaces around the building, too (very useful if you rent a car) - Supermarket is in close proximity to the apartment - Quiet neighborhood

- Bed is slightly uncomfortable

Modern and clean, close to a Metro food store for convenience

The pillows were small and lumpy - uncomfortable, Wi-Fi kept dropping out around 5pm to 6pm. The choice of TV viewing was very limited

The staff that rent us the place was nice and helped us with anything we asked for.

The apartment was not so close to the city center as it was advertised on Booking. They said it was 0.6km from the city center, but in fact it was 1.7 km and the neighbourhood was not very clean, nor friendly. I did not feel safe especially at night. The apartment had some issues, including mold and the shower window was broken so we had a wet floor bath all the time. The neighbours were loud and in 2 nights out of 4 we woke up at 3 in the morning because somebody in the block of flats was washing clothes. And there were lots of other loud noises after 10 pm. The matress was dirty and there were no bed lamps next to the bed so the direct light from the ceiling in the bedroom was very disturbing. So overall, we regreted not having booked a hotel downtown. The cost difference would have worth the inconvenience.
