It was a big apartment with a great view. Location was awesome and child friendly!

Great location for central Larnaca. Awesome balcony views. Very useful car park.

Basic set up. Really limited kitchen equipment, as a coeliac we needed to cook in alot, so equipment etc was a little limited. No corkscrew despite being reassured one would turn up, No cafetiere, that's quite a basic thing these days. 2 wine glasses. Pots and pans limited. Just needs a bit of love. No side lights in the bedroom, (or anywhere) So pitch- black or blinded! Take ear plugs. Not the fault of the apartment but the main road noise is quite loud during the night. Didn't bother me too much but worth knowing.

Very noisy apartment, night and day traffic all the time. The balcony doors were broken and the owner didn't repair them.

Furniture is old, couch in the living room is really used with stains,it everything in there was old! It's time to refresh the furniture, bathroom, and kitchen.

The location was fantastic, and the terrace was a real suntrap in the mornings. The apartment had everything we needed, and when we did have a very minor issue, it was sorted quickly by the caretaker who was really helpful.

The property is quite large and comfortable with a magnificent terrace which gives almost 360o view including a magical view of the Bay of Larnaca and the beach. The view is truly worth million dollars. The beds and the pillows are comfortable and the property is quite clean and quiet except from the street noise. The location of the property is also great.

The property has a great potential but is poorly managed. The terrace door in the living room was stuck and could not be opened. The terrace furniture is rather old, the cushions are worn and saggy. There is a kind of a dirty plastic closet on the terrace with cleaning equipment (a bucket and a mop and some miscellaneous objects such as Christmas decorations???) whose door is broken, with just one wing that is flapping in the wind. There is no coffee table in the living room so you have to put things either on the floor or use a chair as a coffee table. Some lightbulbs were missing from the reading lamps. Each bedroom had just one nightstand (on one side of the bed). There was no ironing board. There was just little toilet paper left on the roll with no spare so we had to buy toilet paper even though we stayed for just 2 nights. There were no spare garbage bags either. And the property does not have the option of early check in or late check out, which is a huge minus. The host wouldn't let us stay even 30 minutes longer (until 11:30) even though we could see that the cleaners did not enter the property until 12:30 PM. The property is not recommended for families with small children given that it is on the 10th floor and the terrace is very open.

The host company is not aware of the parking situation. There is no free parking, the ad states there is and a rep I was whatsapping with also stated there is, no there is not. The first picture of the ad, that furniture is not there. The description and video of where the apartment keys are located misses one important element,where they actually are, the keys are located on the door jamb of the apartment We got off to a very bad start. In the end the place was comfortable with a beautiful view.

There was a security door at the front of the building that was always open except for one night. We went out to dinner and when we returned the door was locked. We put in the code but would not unlock. Rang booking.com spoke to someone who was not in the country. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to come. I found the fire stairs and went to next level and could go to the apartment. My sister who is not very well, has a heart condition had to climb the stairs to get to the lift. Eventually got a call from booking.com but still no one came until the next t day when workers came to the building. Also found out there is no free parking on site we had to pay €3 every time we came back to park there. I enquired about parking after I booked and was told there was free Parking on site. Was not happy There were no free toiletries

That there was no internet, and the balcony door lock was broken, so we couldn't lock it amd were afraid for our belongings.
