Arty Haven - Spacious 3-BR House in Larnaca

Clean and tidy

Check in time very late afternoon. Specially when you are only staying for a night. Check in was at 17.00. Also, too late response in giving us the code for the key box. We didn't enter the house before 18.30. Wouldn't stay there again

There were big wardrobes which is good but there were no hangers.

It did not look like on the photos. No barbecue patio. No furniture outside. Very boring and uncomfortable yard. It was dirty in the yard, the shutters were dirty form outside. The kitchen was fairly empty. The bathroom was too small. Not enough towels. No beach towels. No EU sockets. Some windows were blocked. The house was more of a flat size.

Big had every thing you needed

Very comfortable beds. WiFi worked very good. Good location. A lot of wild cats arround, some of them are friendly and you can pet them.

The water pressure in the shower was so low that I had to wash my hair under the tap. Only one bathroom for 6 people is not enough. The second one is just a toilet. We had no AC in 1 bedroom - it was reported and they fixed it, but after 3 days. The garden is a concrete piece surrounding the house. The grill is unusable. Garden furniture in very poor condition and for only 3 people (1 chair and 1 bench for 2). The location is ok, quite close to the center, but the surroundings are not pleasant - the building looks like a garage among tall apartment blocks.

Great location just a couple of minutes walk away from Larnaca beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Spacious villa. Very friendly staff that fixed our issues straight away. Good air conditioner. Parking always available.

The villa isn't as "modern" as the pictures shows. Everything is quite basic. Also missing many things in the kitchen that we had to buy ourselves. For example, it would be nice to have a functioning kettle and some kitchen towels at hand. Also, some hangers in the bathroom that doesn't fall and a functioning drain in the shower instead of having to stand in a puddle of water. As mentioned, there's a lot of improvements that can be done to maximise functionality. Strongly recommend the owners to examine the functionality of this villa and apply the basic needs for guests! There's construction work going on just next to the villa. They seem to soon be done so this should not be an issue anymore. Dust everywhere that comes in to the house and noise from 8 am on weekdays. Also, for a family of 6 we only had 1 key amongst us and we had to plan how to get around. Strongly recommend owners at least 2 keys in the future!

I like the smooth checkin and checkout. The location was good, quiet and near to city center at the same time. The host was always available.

The location is ok, except for the construction sites next to the house. It is not too far from the center, the shop is close. The house is quite spacious.

The kitchen is literally empty, not equipped at all, almost unusable. The house was not very clean, but it could be said decently.

- there are no 2 bathrooms , there is only one bathroom and one toilet, it makes a difference that there is only one shower in the flat for 6 ppl, especially water heating is not very efficient - they charge extra for the baby cot, even if it's 20€ in description on booking, on WhatsApp they ask 25€ - we travel a lot, it's the first place that charge for it - it's next to construction so it was very dusty, our child after playing on the ground was all dirty - they ask you to take out garbage daily, but there are no extra garbage bags - fery few plates, and only one dishwasher capsule per day so you can actually eat one meal per day if you want to wash only on dishwashers - not a good place to rest, construction and school just behind the fence, very noisy in the morning - there is no garden, it's only concrete in the background - on pictures it looks like it has a nice place to seat outside, inside there were some furniture you could take out to spend time on concrete surroundings next to toitoi ( for construction workers) just behind the fence I know that some of those things don't depend on owners but it still makes your stay uncomfortable .
