Minden nagyon szép volt, ugyan csak aludni vettük ki a szállást, de nagyon finom illat volt, tisztaság és nagyon kedves hang a telefon másik végén! Köszönjük szépen!

Szép, rendezett tiszta szobák. A bejutás egyszerűen ment kulcsszéf segítségével. Minden szuper volt. Köszönjük szépen.

Modern, cozy, clean apartment in a good location. It was easy to collect the keys — the host left them in a locked box. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly without disturbing anyone. It was comfortable inside (beds, facilities, finishing, dishes, etc.). Overall, it was a nice journey to Miskolc.

One issue that raised my concerns was the host's requirement to make an additional payment in cash. This was revealed in email conversation a few days before arrival in Miskolc. As said, that was a requirement for a "tourist tax" payment in the amount of approx. €7 for 3 nights. I left a €10 note in the apartment when leaving it. This was a bit strange because, as I had expected, all taxes should have been included in the amount charged by Booking.com. Another issue came out in the afternoon on the same day when the apartment was left. The host reached out to me via email and sent me a couple of photos showing seemingly a stain from coffee on a dining table. The host demanded a "compensation" due to "being unable to wipe out stains from the table". This was surprising and embarrassing since everything looked clean to me before leaving the apartment, I even took out the garbage from the kitchen. It should be the host's responsibility to clean up after guests, however, the place wasn't left dirty at all.

Apartment is very beautiful and well maintained. It has all basic amenities, also there was complimentary water bottle and coffee. Bed was comfortable and also free parking available around the apartment. Overall had a good time.
