Appartamento pulito ed accogliente, proprietario molto disponibile nell'accoglienza e nel rispondere ad eventuali domande durante il soggiorno. Posizione ottima nel centro storico e a pochi minuti dal mare

Purtroppo vi è poca luce naturale per la posizione nelle vie storiche ma è un difetto che passa in secondo piano.

The location of the apartment is just over the restaurants with little sound isolation, of you wish to sleep calmly and not too late, I would recommend another street . Otherwise really great

Very good location for the apartment, in the old city, next to the local restaurants. Very clean rooms.

The location is excellent. Close to everything. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery...you name it! I stayed with my 2 kids and the house cannot possibly host more than 3 people! The washing machine is a very big help and it worked wonderfully. The fridge is adequate but the freezer is a little small. The bathroom always has hot water. Water pressure in the shower was always excellent. The air conditioning is fantastic. The house is fresh enough per se, but it can be very hot in the afternoons.

As mentioned in other reviews, there is no wi-fi; which is a shame especially because the phone signal is extremely poor. It is an ancient building (the owner told us 1700) and it has very thick walls. It can add to the charm, of course, but a better connection would be a huge improvement. There is a bit of a humidity issue, so (the bedroom especially) it can have a strong odor from time to time. Another issue is the staircase leading to the apartment (1st floor): it is very narrow and very steep, which can be a problem if one has reduced mobility or a pram. There are a few bars and restaurants directly below the apartment, so it can be a little noisy in the evenings, but never too late. And it was only perceivable from the living room, not the bedroom. Closing windows and blinds helped a lot!
