I missed the train and so had to use a shuttle that took 10hrs before reaching Mombasa.We arrived very late but the staff were kind enough to check-us in, I don't know what would have happened if the did not. A big thank you to the customer service officer on duty that night.

We got a little bit lost trying to locate the apartments, it took us like 15 minutes to find it.

The host responded well when contacted . The staff very friendly Jimmy at front desk, Abigael the housekeeper and all staff met were great except one. Overall nice place I will be back

One of the receptionist attitude need to change informed the host about it. They need to inform guest they close the beach gate at 7pm making guest to walk around a very dark route which looks very insecure. Fridge and TV needs to be fixed.
