TV smart, varanda aconchegante, ar condicionado bom, ambiente do condomínio cheio de árvores e plantas, piscina boa

O porteiro mal nformado e pouco prestativo. O quarto precisa de algumas reformas, o porquinho com a ponte quebrada gerando perigo para as crianças.
