We had a wonderful stay for two nights at The Little Sanctuary.The hosts were absolutely delightful with such a lovely welcome.The place is like paradise as one can relax and unwind in the beautiful surroundings.We would love to return one day! Recommend it.

"Romantisches hideaway"

Wir hatten das Glück, das Adlernest zu bewohnen. Traumhafter Blick über das Tal, der Naturpool direkt nebenan und Abends Ruhe, Ruhe Ruhe und Sternenhimmel von der Poolterrasse aus. Ein wirklich romantischer Rückzugsort für 2.

Eine kleine Einschränkung sind die zahlreichen Treppen um auf das Adlernest zu kommen.

Situé en dehors de Montagu, coin tranquille avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes avoisinantes. Logement très confortable et bien équipé. Piscine avec une vue magnifique. Sentier de marche a côté.

"Overnight stay"

We had a really peaceful and pleasant stay! The secluded, quiet location with a beautiful view over the valley was so relaxing. Plus, it’s always great when the host is attentive and makes sure everything is clear for you—Darlene seems like a wonderful host!

The property has a lot of potential but could focus on some tender loving care. The couches were stained and the carpets could do with replacing. Personally, I’m not a fan of dark bathrooms, and this one was quite small—two people can’t really use it at the same time. For a place in Montagu, I’d also suggest adding at least fans in the unit, especially for the hot summer months.

View was exeptional.

Toilet seat is in a state of disrepair not hygienic. Purchased wood to braai and was prohibited from doing so due lack of communication pertaining to braai policy. No lids for pans to cook a meal Noisy environment from opposite resort Our planned site seeing walk did not materialise due to poor route demarcation. Host failed to respond for a 13hr period which culminated in additional expenses and failed cancellation of 1 night

Very clean an neat..The Spa Bath Was Totally Awesome And So Was The Steam Shower /Sauna.The staff super friendly especially Dalene 😁 Very helpful ask for extended time to check out she had no problem..The walkl an view was breathtaking..💯❤️🥰

Nothing bad to say I wish we could have stayed longer 😔
