Overall Impression: We had a very positive experience with the apartment. It is well-suited for two families (total of six persons), and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Check-in & Access: • Access was seamless via the Nuki app. • Instructions for accessing the apartment were clearly explained in a message before arrival. Cleanliness: • The apartment was generally clean. • Some spider webs were found in certain rooms. • Areas beneath the bed and furniture had not been cleaned—noticed when kids dropped toys under them. Amenities: • All amenities worked perfectly except for the hair dryer, which did not function due to no electricity in its nearby socket (minor issue for us). • Sufficient towels provided in both rooms and the bathroom. • Books in the living room were a pleasant and uncommon touch. • Despite being on the ground floor, privacy was maintained with effective window coverings. Location: • Excellent location—1 minute to the tram, 4–5 minutes to Aldi. • Most tourist attractions reachable within 20–30 minutes. • Pleasant neighborhood. • Very competitive pricing, great value for money. Extra Observations: • Interesting detail: bedroom wall pictures showed local tourist attractions. • Would be even better if the names of these attractions were included for guests to recognize.

Nice and convenient apartment. Good location, one block away from a great playground.

The host sent us a message urging us to transfer an additional amount to his account, allegedly to cover local taxes. The booking confirmation showed clearly that the tax was already included in the price we had paid. So they wanted us to pay the tax twice?! Besides, by law, it's the host's obligation to pay the tax, not the guest's. I recommend you ignore this message from the host. We did. Still, it left us with a bad feeling.
