Perfect location - ski to door

I loved staying at this apartment! It was super clean everywhere, which made it really comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, like pots, pans, and other tools. This made making meals easy and fun. The best part was how close it was to the Carosello slopes and the gondola lift. It was so easy to get to the slopes quickly and start skiing right away. This was really convenient and made my trip even better. The apartment felt cozy and welcoming, and the views of the mountains were beautiful. Staying here made my trip special and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a great place to stay near the slopes.

Right next to the San Rocco slope - we could walk or ski directly from the property. While within walking distance to the very busy centre, this accommodation is in a quieter area with a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is newly furnished and very clean with 3 separate bedrooms - perfect for our family of 5. Parking available. Elena and her husband were very helpful, even helping us with our snow tires! Photo is the view from the back entrance.

close to the ski lifts

High standard apartment. Very nice and helpful owner. Close to the slope and restaurants. Beatiful views and scenery. I recommend.

The owners of this Apartament are very hospitable. Good welcome and directions to access the apartament, especially useful at night, because we arrived in Livigno at 01:00 at night. Thank you! Perfect place to stay with children, because the children’s slide is 100 m away.

Maybe the fact that there was no oven. But this can be solved by going to taverns and restaurants.😉

Excellent location between dos 17 and dos 18 ski lifts which is a great area for kids and easy to reach Carosello. It's essentially ski-in ski-out. 2 bathrooms were handy. Apartment was very clean and hosts lovely and helpful. Ski storage was good to have. Plenty of cupboard storage in the apartment.

It was advertised as a 3 bedroom but is actually a 2 bedroom with a separate loungeroom with sofa (which could be used as a third bedroom but then you don't have a living area.) No entry way, coming straight off the snow into your kitchen so everything gets very wet. Not really anywhere to put shoes andjackets and dry things out. Floor is cold-bring house shoes. Would be nice to have some starter items in the kitchen like tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Walls and floors are thin - we could hear the upstairs neighbours coming in late and they could probably hear our kids. Really needs a washing machine.
