EL INTERNET MUY NESTABLE Y LA TV MUY, MUY PEQUEÑA.

The location is perfect and the building, gardens, and rooms are all beautiful. There are many great restaurants and bars nearby. Barrio Cafe is a great place to start.

The Internet was nearly unusable. It worked for messages and nothing else. The TV worked but it's a Smart TV so you need to login to the apps, which don't work, probably because of the Internet. The Room had rats and, after we discovered this, we also found traps, so the hosts know there is a rat problem. Hosts refused to let us check out early or refund any money. Don't stay here. El internet era casi inservible. Solo servía para mensajes y nada más. El televisor funcionaba, pero al ser un Smart TV, hay que iniciar sesión en las aplicaciones, que no funcionan, probablemente por culpa del internet. La habitación tenía ratas y, después de descubrirlo, también encontramos trampas, así que los anfitriones saben que hay un problema de ratas. Se negaron a dejarnos salir antes de tiempo ni a devolvernos el dinero. No se alojen aquí.

Everything was good, except that we have bugs inside the room, that was very scared, but the hotel looks like a mansion, it looks really good

The studio was very nice, had a lovely interior and the kitchen was good equipped. The AC made its job, as it was very hot period. I was able to check in earlier and get some extra role for checking out, which was great. The area itself is a great area for hot months as it is a windy and more cool area then some other parts of the city. It was great to cool off in the studio and in the pool.

There was no real private outside seating area as the studio terrace was as well the main entrance. The AC was very old and made lots of noise and wasn’t constant in its work. The pool & garden are looking way bigger on the pictures than they actually are. If you are without a car it’s a bit tricky to get around but I managed it with taxi / InDrive although they over charge due to the location. One evening another customer was able to enter my room, as he somehow had the code to my studio, which was very weird. Luckily I wasn’t out of the house or even worse undressed. This shouldn’t happen at all and makes me wonder why he got the code to my room!

The place was nice and also the staff. Hotels.com needs to update the map location
